Take Cook St. South to Hovley Lane.

Two buildings South of Hovley is the Time Warner Building on the West side of Cook.

From Highway 111:

Take Cook Street North to Hovely Lane

Get into the left hand turn lane and do a U-turn.  The Time Warner studio will now be on your right (second building South of Hovely on the West side of the street.
